This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from GRAB POWER!, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the website/app and delete all copies of the website/app from your computer.

Limitation of Liability & No Warranties

The entire liability of GRAB POWER! and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the website/app.

In no event shall GRAB POWER! or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.

Intellectual Property

The website/app and its entire contents, features and functionality are owned by GRAB POWER!, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by Bulgaria and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written permission of GRAB POWER!.

Agreement to Arbitrate

In the event of a dispute, you or GRAB POWER! must give the other a Notice of Dispute — a written statement that sets forth the name, address, and contact information of the party giving it, the facts giving rise to the dispute, and the relief requested.

You and GRAB POWER! will attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days from the date the Notice of Dispute is sent.
